Topanga trainers from Adidas were released in the 1970s as a relaxed, leisure trainer. They were designed as an alternative to the many Adidas shoes which were on the market as sports trainers, so that everyone could have a pair of Adidas to wear, no matter what they spent their time doing. Adidas Topanga feature the three stripe logo on each side, available in both contrasting colours to the rest of the shoe, or the similar colour for a subtler look. The lace up trainers also have a suede upper, a synthetic leather lining and a textured rubber outsoledesigned for the wear and tear of everyday life.In 2014 Topanga Adidas was relaunched with a fresh look on the original model from the 70s, allowing everyone to update their trainer collection and re-brand the unique Topanga style. The Topanga logo is visible on all the trainers, written above the top stripe in either gold or matching colour with the rest of the trainer. Topangas come in many colours, and Mainline Menswear stocks a selection of them including black, navy, red and orangeavailable with subtle or contrasting stripes.
